Management Policy
The Management of NORTHCOTE TECHNOLOGY Ltd & Use Before Flight S.L. has defined the following principles that make up our management policy:

- Establish communication and dialogue channels with Stakeholders in order to understand their expectations and commitments, and to be able to convey our own commitments to them.

- Continuous improvement as a priority activity of the company, permanently enhancing the quality of the service we provide to our clients, through the fulfilment of requirements and the pursuit of customer satisfaction.
- Ongoing staff training aimed at the necessary changes in the provision of our services, thus ensuring competent, responsible, committed and properly trained personnel.
- Develop coordination between the different areas/domains by establishing open communication and promoting respect for others and trust in people.
- Have the necessary and appropriate technical means to properly deliver the service to clients, ensuring that clients are not affected by the interruption of any process and guaranteeing the quality of the services provided.
- Cooperate with the environment by carrying out activities and actions that lead us toward sustainable development with the various stakeholders, particularly within our social and cultural environment.
- Protection of personal data and individuals privacy.
- Protection of intellectual and industrial property rights.
